Building and Security

We maintain a fully-secured facility monitored by uniformed officers who provide residential assistance seven days a week. An elaborate system of security cameras exist throughout the home which are monitored 24 hours a day. Each residence is equipped with independent locks, smoke detectors, and an emergency response system.

A Building & Maintenance Staff provides assistance with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and air conditioning needs.

Setting and Grounds

The Bethany Retirement Community is tastefully decorated and offers premium security features, as well as a beauty salon with hair stylists on site. The Community is located within the Andersonville neighborhood on Chicago's North Side - a short distance from Lake Michigan, easily accissible to a variety of transportation options.

A beautiful private park allows for a stroll through our lovely flower gardens or a park bench conversation with a friend. Indoors, areas feature a well-stocked library, an arts & crafts studio, a relaxing fountain room, television lounge, and a coffee/snack shop.
